“The Electric Gardens” – a fantasy of light and sound for all the family in the splendid surroundings of Glasgow’s iconic Botanical Gardens. From Friday 23 January to Sunday 15 February. (There will be no performances on Mon 26 January or Monday 2 February.) Sessions every 30 minutes from 5.30pm to 8.30pm. (NB You can stay as long as you like. There is no end time to sessions, except the last one, which will end around 9.15pm)
In order to secure your time slot book your tickets now online or phone 0333 666 3366. Tickets will go off sale at 3pm each day, but on-the-day tickets (if available) may be purchased in person at Oran Mor (top of Byres Road) from 4pm to 8pm. Cash or card.
The prices are Adult £10, Child (5 to 16) £8 and Family (of 4) £30. NB Subject to Booking Fee. Under 5s are free of charge and do not require a ticket
The Gardens are fully accessible for wheelchairs. The Gardens contain toilets and a café.
Enter and exit by the Queen Margaret Drive gate opposite the former BBC site.
The Gardens are well served by local buses and the Hillhead underground station in Byres Road. Free parking is available in Queen Margaret Drive and in the immediate surrounding area. We regret that there is no special provision for parking for the event.
NB Queen Margaret Drive itself is only accessible from the southern end ie Great Western Road end due to essential Scottish Water repairs. This will continue until the end of February.
No dogs or alcohol, please!
