The Astronomical Society of Glasgow offers a star gazing event in the Botanic Gardens, allowing members of the public to use a number of telescopes as well as a chat with an astronomer. In the event of extreme rains or cloudiness, the society will instead host a series of talks in Kibble Palace.
The event is limited to 40 spaces on a first come first served basis. Tickets are £4 for adults and £2 for children, available at the gate only.
The gates open at 7.15 pm for a 7.30 pm start.
