New traffic lights are being installed at the Highburgh Road/University Avenue junctions.

Work is being carried out at each corner of the junction. Pedestrian crossing points will be provided but please take extra care.

Temporary traffic lights have now been installed and will be in place until around the end of September when the new traffic lights will be switched on.

​

New pavements will be completed on Byres Road South from the point where the previous works had stopped up to the corner by Tinderbox.

​

All businesses will remain open as normal during the works. Paths and gangways will be erected to allow access to and from businesses and tenement doorways.
